Our mission is to enhance the health and well-being of people, affording 100% access to the community, without disparity. That means consulting adult and pediatric patients through wellness exams and prevention strategies, treating chronic and acute illness, and providing family planning, behavioral health, and dental, as well as many other services. Our clinics employ professional healthcare heroes; who coordinate care with each patient, navigating testing, specialty resources, and referrals so that CHP can be your home for health and well-being.

You Have Choices About Your Care

At CHP, our clinics accept all forms of insurance. We work with Medicaid and Medicare, Healthy Montana Kids, private insurance, and allow for a sliding fee scale for patients not currently served by insurance.
