CHP will maintain our Behavioral Health programs in West Yellowstone following the discontinuing of our West Yellowstone Medical Clinic.
CHP offers a specialty behavioral health department that is open to all community members by providing therapy sessions through both Zoom and phone platforms. Behavioral health staff members treat individuals from school age to geriatric and offer individual, couples, and family sessions. The staff is comprised of masters’ level clinicians as well as master degree candidates who are supervised by licensed clinical staff. In addition to traditional therapy, CHP offers a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy group via Zoom that is open to the community. CHP also provides crisis support to our medical providers at all of our clinics.
As part of the behavioral health team, CHP has a psychiatric nurse practitioner who works as a consultant to the medical teams offering expertise on medication management for mental health disorders. In conjunction with community partnerships, CHP also provides short-term treatment services to the geriatric community and school-based services in select schools in Bozeman.
