Learning Partners

Learning Partners integrates educational programs and support services within the medical clinics, which empower individuals and families to become self-reliant, life-long learners. In Livingston, we offer adult education programing, HiSET testing, Parents as Teachers home visiting services, and Pathways Family Advocacy for TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) clients. We partner with other agencies to provide these services in Gallatin County. Learning Partners also works throughout CHP clinics promoting health literacy principals.
