Community Health Partners (CHP) is thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of its new Bozeman location in February 2022, which will improve accessibility and meet the growing demand for care in the area. The new clinic building will be located at 1695 Tschache Lane in Bozeman, behind Lowe’s on north 19th Avenue, replacing the current downtown Bozeman clinic at 214 East Mendenhall Street.
“This has been a dream in the works for more than four years,” said CHP CEO Lander Cooney. “Our board has laid the groundwork, our staff will facilitate the transition and our donors truly have made it happen. We are ecstatic to showcase this beautiful building to our patients and the community.”
Learn more about our upcoming open house, what you can expect at this new facility, and our temporary closure schedule as we make this exciting transition.
CHP welcomes the community to an open house at the new Bozeman clinic on Thursday, March 10, 2022 from 4-6 p.m. Join our CHP staff and providers for a tour of the brand new building and learn more about the opportunities it brings to the Bozeman community.
The new CHP clinic, conveniently located at Tschache Lane and Sacco Drive, will bring together medical, dental and behavioral health, as well as a retail pharmacy, to provide “wrap-around care” for all patients to create better, long-lasting healthcare outcomes. More than that, the new clinic will be a central hub in a new campus that includes 232 multi-family units for lower-income seniors and families and a daycare operated by Family Promise.
This 16,700-square-foot modern clinic building was specifically designed to meet both current needs and expected future expansion. It houses 11 medical exam rooms, 8 dental operatories, and a dedicated behavioral health wing for expanded individual and group therapy. A new retail pharmacy conveniently located on-site will allow us to serve our patients and the public more effectively.
On-site parking and adjacent public transportation make this new location easy to get to. We chose this northwest Bozeman location to serve the community's growing population in this area of town.
Our Bozeman services will be on pause for a few days as we make this exciting transition to our new building. Note below the days that our downtown clinic will be closed before reopening at the new location on Tschache Lane.
Dr. Cleary, Dr. Meyers, Kristi King, FNP; and Megan Margeson, PA-C will be unavailable during this time.
Emily Grills, Jay Getten, Roper Green, Jenny McCune, and Tina States will be unavailable during this time.
Dr. Anderson and Dr. Gublerwill be unavailable during this time.
Medical, behavioral health and pharmacy services will resume at the new location on Monday, February 14. Dental services will resume at the new location on Monday, March 7. At this time, our downtown location will be permanently closed.
All phone numbers and other methods of communication will remain the same.
