In places like Belgrade, the fastest growing city in Montana, we see the need multiply with both native Montanans and the influx of new people into the area. As a result, healthcare providers and patients alike have realized a need to move services previously considered hospital campus-centric into more convenient, accessible, and efficient environments for patients.
Community Health Partners knows the realities of that growth and the need to provide better care to local communities. With a recently-remodeled Belgrade facility to accommodate the growing needs of our local communities, CHP’s clinic helps support medical and behavioral health needs in the area. With many patients’ health and wellness needs occurring outside the boundaries of traditional healthcare facilities, CHP strives to create spaces that use exceptional service, empathetic care, and advanced technology to help providers cultivate lifelong relationships with patients.
More Than Just Your Average Clinic
Medical healthcare is just a part of the strength that CHP delivers to our patients. In addition, providing behavioral health services is one of our proud achievements in local communities. For more than a decade, CHP has been able to provide medical services in the Belgrade, Bozeman, Livingston, and West Yellowstone communities. We are pleased that so many have made a choice to partner with us and be a part of the CHP family through the years. As our practice has expanded to serve dental and behavioral health, we have been excited to see our CHP family grow in certain areas.
This newly-remodeled clinic in Belgrade not only allows people to get the medical care that they need close to home, but it also affords a safe, welcoming, and comfortable place to find the behavioral healthcare they need. As June is PTSD awareness month, several mental and behavioral health issues in our culture do not get the attention they need. This has been especially true during COVID-19 with the effects of isolation and hardship in our society. We want everyone to experience their healthiest life possible. Affording access is a part of our mission and vision, and behavioral health is included in our services.
We are working toward enhancing our Southwest Montana communities’ health and wellness, giving 100% access, with zero disparity.
