CHP West Yellowstone Medical Clinic Closing

It is with gratitude and sadness that Community Health Partners announces the closing of our West Yellowstone medical clinic. As of the end of business on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022, the clinic will no longer operate under CHP supervision. We want to extend our thanks to the community of West Yellowstone for its years of a wonderful experience for our staff! We will continue to serve the community with behavioral health services in a new location.
CHP’s behavioral health services in West Yellowstone will move to the Town of West Yellowstone Offices at 440 Yellowstone Avenue in the Social Services Department. Hours of operation will be Wednesdays from 8 am to 5 pm. Melissa Joecks, LCPC, will continue to provide her behavioral health services for the West Yellowstone community at this time.
There will be a brief transition between the clinic’s closure on December 20th and reopening in January. January 2nd, 2023, the clinic will reopen under new management with Billings Clinic. If you are interested in seeing medical providers through Community Health Partners, we will continue to provide services in Bozeman, Belgrade, and Livingston.
